Opioids How long in between Klonopin and Hydrocodone?

I recently acquired some Hydrocodone 10/325's. I am currently prescribed Klonopin 1 mg a day. I have been reading how it can be dangerous to mix the two, how long of a period should I wait between dosing the Klonopin and Hydrocodone to be absolutely safe? I skipped the Klonopin today, but know that it can stay in your system for up to three or four days. How dangerous is this combination if it's been over 24 hours since last Klonopin dose? Thanks a lot. Edit, I'm also on Abilify Maintena.

Shouldn't be too dangerous, you seem reasonably responsible. I currently have a decent stash of 2mg clonazepam pills and have been combining it with my daily dose of poppy pod tea. I've had no problems. I also have a pretty high benzo tolerance atm and a decent opiate tolerance.

Just be careful if you don't have an opiate tolerance. Start low with the pills....can always take more if you're not as high as you'd like to be. Can't take less after the fact
 
I'm also RX'd 1mg of Clonazepam. I'm also on 80mg of Methadone a day.

Opiates+Benzos is a VERY dangerous combination if you don't have the tolerance for it.

I have a HUGE tolerance to drugs. Nearly 10 years of Opiate abuse, including Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, both taken orally, also Black Tar Heroin (smoked). Now the last 2 1/2 years I've been on Methadone.

My benzo tolerance isn't nearly as high as my opiate tolerance, I was on and off benzos for about 2 years, but never got addicted to them until I got on methadone.

Hydrocodone is a weak opiate, but its strong for people without tolerance.
Clonazepam is a VERY STRONG benzo, and it lasts over 24 hours.

So in conclusion, it all depends on your tolerance.

How long have you been using the Clonazepam?

And how Is your opiate tolerance?
 
speaking from personal experience I popped 2 hydrocodone the same 10/325 as yours and would take 1 klonopin sublingually but then again I weigh 245 so that could be it and I have a natural tolerance to benzos so I'd skip the klonopin but then again who am I :D
 
The Clonazepam about 6 months, the only other opioid I've used recently other than the hydrocodone was kratom.
