I just did a cold water extraction on t3's, first time, how long will it take for me to feel it? Thanks.

I imagine the high has come and gone by now but to help any future codeine users; I find it takes around 45 minutes to begin kicking, and about another 45 minutes to an hour to peak. But people differ so... :)

I feel it kick in within ten minutes, reach a good peak within 30 but I am strange with codeine I have quite a large tolerance to it so obviously my body handles it differently to most.

Also use the search engine OP.

Hmmm, that's a large difference between us to say the least!
I've always found codeine to be incredibly weak though so I suppose I have n o respect for the lesser effects or the build-up, rather the peak.

^ I think that's it, for most people I know both on here and IRL codeine takes longer to kick in and doesn't last as long as it does for me, and I can go way above the ceiling effect as well so I do believe my CYP2D6 enzymes are working harder then a lot of other users. :D

I would say give it about 30 minutes before you start to feel something without trying to, it isn't much but you'll feel something.

Same here, except the tolerance, high doses of codeine cause a crazy histamine reaction in me, my doctor says I'm allergic, which is ok with me, straight to oxy even at the walk-in clinic because my "allergy" ;). I only use codeine when other opiates aren't available to stave off heroin/oxy withdrawl and 10-15 minutes after dosing I'm feeling better. 45 minutes seems like a really long time for something dosed orally (except some psychedelics I guess).

^ I get a big histamine reaction when I push up the dose or if I take a break for a few days but I get a tolerance to the histamine effects quicker then the euphoric effects luckily. :)

Depends on your metabolism, dosage, and the contents of your stomach.

On an empty stomach, I started to feel the effects after about 20 minutes (~300mg codeine phosphate hemihydrate) and peaked at about one hour.
Following a light meal, I took ~450mg with 20mg diazepam about 45 minutes ago, and I'm only starting to feel the effects.

My enzymes seem to be on strike, 300mg barely gets me any opiate effects. Hmmpph, oh well, it's cheap and legal. :)

For me.. ..15 minutes on an empty stomach. Peaks at around an hour, nod lasts for about two to three hours, depending on dose of course.

I think codeine is pretty subtle though. Many people seem to write it off when it doesn't hit them like a freight train.
Personally I like how subtle it is. Means I can go about my day without people knowing I'm on planet nod. Lol.
