I usually get roxis over the OP's but this time all I could get was 30 of the OP20 pills and I just popped 3 of them (i have a big tolerance) about one hour ago and am beginning to feel good, but was wondering if anyone knows about how long to reach its full peak effect and about how long they keep releasing in your system for. Thanks

Between 4 and 5 hours for peak effect [see table 3 here] and the other info should be found in that link too.
Edit: It says "over 12 hours" for how long it should last for.

If I chew the shit out of a few OPs and drink with a big beverage on an empty stomach, they seem to peak in about an hour and a half. That could just be my body chemistry or the empty stomach though. And I doubt chewing actually helps with the OP formulation but I think it psychologically convinces me they'll work faster haha. Never underestimate the power of the mind.

As far as duration goes, I'd say I can feel "high" for a few hours and stay well for 6-8 which is definitely longer than ir oxy for me.

None of these numbers have any facts behind them, just my own personal experience.

OK does peak mean when I will be feeling it mostly?

It means when you will have the most amount of the drug in your system between the time you dosed and the time it's eliminated. I would say that you feel it the most before the peak since your body has already began getting used to it as it builds up.
