How long does this stuff stay in my system?

Ok, I've seen stuff on the net where they say how long stuff says in your system. Then I hear friends talk about how long stuff like weed, pills, lsd, stays in your system. It seems on the net and in the books, it's different from what people that take the tests say, in the books it seems they say it stays lot longer than what people say. I wanted to know if anybody can help me with this. It's kind of hard when they say stuff like 1-6 weeks or something. I hope you can keep it as narrow as possible. This is the stuff I was looking for and I'll tell you what I've heard, or read.
Weed: 2 weeks
XTC: 3-4 days
LSD: 1 day
Xanax, Valium, etc.. (Benzos): ??? don't know
Can you tell me where to go to look for information that is real about this stuff? or anybody that has had experiences with these and gets tested, and when they stop certain things...etc..etc..
