How long does the cross tolerance between MDMA and Ritalin lasts?

hi guys..

I've been taking Ritalin - about 20mgs a day, everyday - for the last 10 months. I know that it has a cross tolerance thing with MDMA. Actually, I've experienced it 4 months ago when I did X. I felt nothing, while my friend was in e-paradise while on the same pill.

Well, I'll be stopping the Rit in a few days, so I'd like to know how long should I wait 'till it's worth taking MDMA again. Is there something that I could do to help?

Maybe some of you guys have been through this before.

I would expect a couple weeks for your tolerance itself to start getting back to normal but even having the Ritalin out of your system will help your rolling. I'd probably wait a month to get a proper MDMA experience, don't be afraid to taper the Ritalin down over a week or something by the way.

Please take vitamin E for a couple days leading up to the roll and vitamin E and C the day of, can take the vitamin C on the comedown too, it'll help your brain Make sure you get good sleep too. Any questions are welcome, Toodles!

I honestly don't think the MDMA experience will be overly affected. A week or so should be fine IMO.
