How long does shipping take? ( Test Kits )

Hi,

i just ordered a test kit from EZtest, and i was wondering if i'm going to have the test in time for a show i want to go to. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for it to get here (I live in US).

How long ago did you order it? I ordered one and never got it. Got a response from the vendor once saying that it had been returned and he would resend it it but I never got it and he stopped responding to my e-mails.

I've seen people on here receive theirs in 2-3 weeks.

well that sort of worries me.. who did you buy yours from?? I ordered like a week ago, so i'm not worried its been lost yet or anything. i was just wondering because i never received any confirmation or email about my order.
 
^ No, I didn't even think about it. I wonder if it would be too late. My payment was accepted 10/3 of last year lol.

I think it may be too late now. :(

If this happens to anyone else in the future, do a chargeback immediately. This will get any business' attention and force them to deal with the problem. I've heard of some people having problems with non-delivery and EZ always sent them a second one (successfully), but I've never heard of them refusing to answer emails. I really wish EZ still posted here. :(
 
I ordered a kit from dancesafe and received it within a week. they were the only place i could find that ships from the US...not a big fan of importing.
 
just to update everyone, i never ended up getting anything from EZtest.. Luckily, paypal refunded my money. I ordered another kit from Dance Safe and received it after a week!

Hey just curious did you guys receive any info from dancesafe that your order had been shipped? I ordered mine this past sunday but when I look at the order info it still says pending and I havent seen any email about it shipped so I'm not exactly sure whats going on.

If that's normal and it'll just show up in my mailbox or what? I know my CC was charge as I see it on there also as pending....

I know this response is a little late, have you heard anything yet? Remember, the holidays can get hectic and the USPS is usually overrun this time of year. Let me know if you don't receive it soon, and I'll see if I can get one of the DanceSafe people over here to help you. :)

Hey. I'm the President of the Board of DanceSafe. I batch the credit card orders several times a week. Our fulfillment department ships outs kits about 3 times a week currently. You should expect your kit to ship out within a week of placing your order, and then it takes however long ground shipping through USPS takes, usually 3-6 business days.

i ordered mine christmas morning about 2am eastern standard and it was in todays mail :) dancesafe still says my order is pending though lol. you saved me from eating something that doesn't react with marquis so i'll let that order status slide this time
