How long does serotonin stay in the brain after MDMA?

Hey I'm just wondering if anyone knows how long serotonin stays in the brain when it gets released by MDMA? As far as i know most of the serotonin gets depleted with a dose around 150mg, how much time does it cost?

Is the serotonin depleted after lets say 6 hours? Could taking 5-htp after the peak lengthen the roll, or would there be too much serotonin still in the brain and give a higher risk of serotonin syndrome?
