How Long Does Seroquel Take To Kick In?

How long does Seroquel take to fully kick in? Any personal testimonies?

And whats the half-life?

Seroquel saved my life. It will take about 20 minutes for it to kick in. I always think of it as an eraser,erasing all my thoughts so that I am able too sleep.

I've got these and they don't seem to work now matter how I take them (Crushed into powder and swallowed, or swallowed whole as a pill) I've tried 50 mg, 100 mg, 150mg, 200mg - NOTHING!

You sure they are seroquel? I have never seen anyone stay up on seroquel. I used to take them on coke to go to sleep. Howevwrbi was put on the xr once and they did not work as well.

For some reason Seroquel XR makes me feel way more dragged out then Seroquel IR. I took 150mg's of the XR and felt kinda fucked the whole day but i can take 300-400mg's of the instant release and be okay.

Instant release Seroquel has a half life of about 5-6 hours so it's pretty short acting.
