how long does phenibut withdrawal last?

I got myself addicted to phenibut pills and i really need to stop. Does anyone have a time-frame for how long the withdrawal will last and what symptoms I may encounter. Also, any suggestions to help make this easier would be much appreciated.

Sorry I'm not sure I have an answer for you but I find it stays in my system for 3 days and I have rebound insomnia. How often and how much did you take?
