I take meth to work, which is 3 consecutive days (Tues-Thurs) and go through about 3-4 points, generally snorted (occasional oral ROA). I got on it a couple Fridays ago randomly and under the assumption it would be out of the system in 72 hours, went to my psych appointment the Monday following, gave my normal urine sample, thinking all good and then the test came back positive for stimulants. If I fail another, my psych will discontinue to prescribe me Valium so I cant afford to have this happen again. Shifts are all over the place over xmas and New Years. I am working Friday @3pm on the 27th, with my psych appointment at 2pm on the 31st. I ideally want to snort some shards about 2.30-2.45pm Friday. My urine test will be 95 hours after. Considering I use 3x weekly, I am female, 45kg is it likely to be out of my system 95 hours after consumption? If it's going to be close, I cant take the risk. I legitimately need the valium for a Generalised Anxiety Disorder. Is there anything that can spreed up the process of excreting the meth, that's guaranteed? Appreciate any help.

Yes, I have seen this discussed a few times and head that Vit C (I mega dose 2g buffered vit c) works well to increase the removal of the drug from the system. Nothing amazing or anything but it works and every little but helps when every second longer on the drug or comedown then necessary sucks balls.

I don't think it's particularly ethical to threaten to withdraw medication that's prescribed for GAD for abuse of another drug, unless your psych thinks that meth is contributing to the anxiety and feels you're not doing your part of the bargain in not helping yourself?

If you're taking your GAD seriously and can't risk the withdrawal of Valium from being prescribed, then don't do it. But you obviously don't care that much otherwise you wouldn't be risking it.

Well just to play devils advocate, if hes abusing meth, then its possible he will, or is abusing his benzo script. Not to mention yes, meth does increase anxiety, especially in people with GAD. If I was a doctor, and I was prescribing narcotics to my patient, and found out he was doing meth, I would get VERY worried that he could OD, get hurt, sell the drugs etc etc, and it would come back to haunt ME.

Ive heard 7 days max for getting meth out of the system. I really wouldnt chance it. Keep your metabolism up, drink water, take diuretics, exercise, get it out of the system fast.

Would Vitamin C tablets be preferable to drinking like a 2L carton of orange juice?

Why such negative responses? Just because I use meth to work, I believe it to increase efficiency and helps as I work late hours bar tending, doesn't mean I am more likely to abuse my Valium script. The meth I get is very clean, it actually alleviates my anxiety with no scattereredness or feeling sketchy.

I clearly stated if it was too close then I won't want to risk it. Thank-you for the input though
