I know Hydromorph is the Quickest-Acting Opioid there is which should make the Withdraw Time Period shorter than something like Oxy I know it is different timing forever who is in Withdrawls just looking for a Base Approx. Answer here thank you.

I thought Fentanyl was the Second Quickest-Acting Opi by a slight difference to Hydromorphone.

I've never used HM, but given the half-life in comparison to other opiates, and from information gleaned from BL, it should last around 4 days (acute) - short but brutal.

3-4 weeks I would guess. Heroin withdrawal usually lasts this long for me so I'd imagine hydromorphone would be the same. Give or take 1 week.

I don't know where people get 4 days from, no opiate withdrawal has ever been over in 4 days only for me. (well maybe when I first started using several years ago) It's individual though I guess.

It all depends on how high doses and how long you have been using.

Heroin withdrawal and hydromorphone withdrawal are pretty much the same. It all comes down to how much you are doing and how long you've been doing it.
Yep. It's impossible to predict for a given person, really, especially without all sorts of other information.

I get acute withdrawals lasting well over a week (possibly even more than 2 weeks), even after taking ONLY instant release hydromorphone. But my doses have been pretty high, and it's after 3+ years of use. On the other hand, I know people who were taking a much more modest dose, for less time, and have gotten through the worst of it after only 3 days.

So the only real answer anyone can give, is: YMMV
