How long does Adderall affect the CNS ?

How long does it take for adderall to stop messing with your cns ? As soon as the effects wear off like oxy or does it last longer ?

Adderall keeps working as a reuptake inhibitor and adrenergic agent as long as it's present in a good concentration. The half life of amphetamine is approximately 12 to 13 hours (it's very fat soluble) so it can mess with you for quite a while.
 
This is also subjective. Absolute CNS effects might be measurable for some time, but I know for me that 3 hours tops is how long I subjectively feel a 30mg adderall dose. Your tolerance effects this.

just because you dont feel any euphoria a.k.a high, does not mean the drug isn't working
