The Smoking Tobacco Recovery Time Line I found says roughly 8 hours and 30 minutes later all the Nicotine in the Blood is removed from the body. Is that the same as someone who only had one puff compared to a Daily smoker. Also what I need to know is that how long Nicotine Increase the heart rate and Blood Pressure or is the time-frame for that significantly different I am just asking to find out how long before I plan to go to sleep I can smoke a bit of Tobacco without it contributing to Insomnia?

Last time I checked, heart rate and blood pressure were only effected for something like 15 minutes.

I can't help you with the other questions.

But I also heard a metabolite of Nicotine can stay in your blood for over 24 hours, and longer if you smoke frequently, which is why if you smoke a cigarette the day after you smoke your first one, you still won't feel that same feeling to its fullest.
