If I were to take one capsule, how many hours would this last me ? And how many mg is one capsule ?

apparently .1 generally equals a "cap" but i dont buy by the cap so i dont really know

Theres really no way to know. The only way you can know for sure whats in it and how much is by buying a test kit and testing it. Also, there is no set way to know how long it will last and effect you personally because it effects everyone differently and based on whats in the pill. *Generally* (and this is very general) it can be anywhere from 1 to like 4 hours.
