How long do I wait after first.. 'date'?

^ He didn't really just fuck her and leave - he said it was a "bed in" session...unless OP you didnt spend all day in bed together THEN leave, and you're using really shit euphemisms ;)

as long as you still say it, it should be fine. If games are being played - smash them by just doing what you feel, as long as you're not too on her case. If you really like her, just get her man, but just keep in mind NOT to be overbearing but just insistent enough she knows you're properly interested.

If you been talking on IM since, you should've asked her out again. SO GET ON WITH IT!
 
If you've already sent her a message - don't message her again, unless it's to clarify something you think may be unclear/ambiguous. Otherwise that would be seen as desperate pestering. I would suggest against either way, just let her email you back...she will - just wait and see.
 
I would be careful, because most girls who sleep on the first date aren't interested in a relationship, so don't get your feelings too involved.

I would casually see her and hang out without having sex for awhile, but don't ask her to be steady until you can get a better grasp of her personality and maybe hang out as a group to see how she acts around her friends and such.
 
What if when texting to her do it not in a way you are in love with her but like you want be friends with her. I think that in this situation it may work better;)
