how long do downs stay in system

i was wondering how long xanax, valium, percs, vics, ms cottins stay in your system after heavy usage i think my work is gonna drug test me pretty soon and i heard that they stay in your fat tissue for months but always thought they were out in a couple days ive been drinking lots of cranberry juice and water..just wondering how long any help would be appreciated

Cutoff and Detection Post Dose
Cutoff by immunoassay is 200 ng/ml for benzodiazepine metabolites. This level is sufficient to detect the most common benzodiazepines for 48-72 hours post single dose and as long as a week post dose under some circumstances. GC/MS cutoff levels for the various benzodiazepine metabolites is 100 ng/ml.

On www.erowid.org they say that it can be detected anywhere from 1-42 days...I myself honestly don't know much about testing for Benzodiazepines...but if you say you use it heavily I would think it would be closer to the high end of the range...but anyways your best bet is to just do some reading on www.erowid.org for more info!
