Opioids How long do contricted pupils from poppy seed tea last?

Someone I know took PST the past two days. It has been almost 24 hours since his last dose and his pupils are still extremely constricted and he is itching a ton still. How long do these side effects usually last before they subside? His dose was made from about 500g-600g of seeds. Any feedback that I can relay to him would be appreciated.

It's a hard one to call, with seeds there's such a diverse possibility for potency. I'm guessing the seeds he had were not washed and still contained the majority of the leftover latex if the side-effects are hitting him that hard and that long, unless you have more drugs to ease the withdrawal I think he's just going to have to ride it out which can be unpleasant.

Pupils finally went back to normal after waking up 2 days later. The itching subsided shortly after this initial post.

And yes, they were unwashed and many were in clumps - stripped with with water, lemon juice, and a fresh squeezed grapefruit (which could be the reason the ride was so long from inhibiting the enzymes). Withdrawal symptoms from two days of PST even if the second day was a strong one?
