I ordered an ez test kid about 2 weeks ago, I still haven't received anything, how long do i have to wait till I should take any other action.
btw I am from Swizterland

um maybe he's saying "how long did all of you other users of this forum wait for your kits, as i don't want to bother the nice people at eztest with an email if three weeks is a normal amount of time to wait for the kits?"
just sayin and all...

Actually, I would be really interested to know how delivery times work out.
We do get compliments and complaints.
Sometimes within a few days, sometimes it takes forever (Australia).
If it takes more than 10 business days (except Australia...) you should contact us.

Actually I emailed them twice and I haven't got any response, therefore I have no idea what is going on with my order....now I have been waiting 5 weeks since I ordered, kinda weird really..

Try emailing them? Their address is plastered all over the EZ-Test Web site - because going here makes more sense than going to Bluelight which has nothing to do with EZ-Test at all and asking questions in the hope that someone from EZ-Test looks here, cool?
Well I waited three months and sent God knows how many emails to them asking for the kits that I had already paid for (my card was charged nice and quick). All my emails were ignored. Even when I emailed them telling them that if they didn't send either the kits or proof of posting or refunded my card I'd be reporting them for fraudulent billing. Then I posted on this board and immediately got some customer service (as in emails asking for confirmation of my address and finally the kits). Were the two events unconnected? What do you think?
EZ Test Xtreme is definitely the best testing kit available but the customer service sucks. When I emailed them to tell them that the kits I had paid for in November had finally arrived (in March) they sent me a reply asking me to "be so kind as to make a just a big a deal about getting them on those boards as you did when you hadn’t gotten them" (direct quote from the email). Well thank you EZ Test! I'll make a huge deal about getting my kits only 5 months and f*ck knows how many emails after I paid for them. Oh and the kits were not going to Australia, they came to Poland (and I know for a fact that Polish customs have NO problems with those kits).

Our email boxes got flooded with loads of spam and nasty viruses. It seems our (old) email addresses have ended up in all spam databases. I waded through some 300-400 emails daily just to pick out 3 or 4 emails from customers of friends...(the rest was all spam)
For this reason, I had to setup a new email address where we can be contacted
Our valid email address at the moment is
mail AT eztest.com (replace AT with a regular @ sign)
The email address provided in the confirmation email when you place your order is also still valid. Please include the reference number when you contact us regarding your order.
Regards
