Bupe How long can you store a bupre shot

So Ive been thinking how long can you store a bupre shot a. in the room temperature and b. in the fridge before it starts to have unwanted reactions when injected?

Usually mg to ml of water. Ive heard it can be used after days in fridge but how long it stays "good" in room temperature?
