Hello all,

My friend said that, since NAC reduces MDMA tolerance, you could probably take it every couple weeks with little issue.

I have been following the 3 mont rule. Before that, I had period I'd abuse but that was 6 years ago

What are your thoughts and experiences? I wouldn't plan to roll once every month or two going forward but slipping in an extra occasion could be quite beneficial I feel. However, despite NAC reducing tolerance, I wonder if it still reduces any longer-term neurological effects.

Also, as a side note, should the "guidelines" for mdma be used the same for 5-mapb/6-apb?

Thanks

I can't answer but everybody using recreational drugs should be taking n-acetylcysteine

Whole Foods started to discontinue carrying NAC, also big chain vitamin stores.

Nobody seemed to know why, one woman suggested because people have been buying it because it's a powerful antioxidant that shows promise treating and preventing respiratory illnesses

A manager at GNC later on said FDA is moving to make it prescription-only. That's not possible it's a natural amino acid can't be done. I forgot one thing. Corrupt governments (which is redundant) do whatever they can get away with.

No NAC isnt going to reduce longer term neurological issues caused by abuse. Stick to 3 months. Drugs should always elevate your life and not detract. More than that and you’re not respecting them enough IMO
