How long before I can safely redose?

Hello all. So I've got quite the tolerance, usually when I wake up I take 24-32mg of dilaudid. I've been wondering how long I should wait after a dose like that to take more? I'm not that knowledgeable about whether doses throughout a day can build up and cause an overdose.

The 32mg of Dilaudid I took was 5-7 hours ago, and I'd like to take some demerol. Around 200-300mg. But I obsess over safety, and I can't find any info as to whether this is safe or not? The high from the dilaudid wore off hours ago. I just wouldn't want anything bad to happen.

demerol is rather weak and if the dilaudid has wore off you should be fine. i wouldnt really expect much though.

This would be relatively safe, enough time has passed between the two for the combo not to really give any adverse effects. Be careful though and as always, listen to your body.
