How long after taking 30mg hydrocodone can I drink alcohol?

I plan on taking about 30mg of hydrocodone later today (either spread out throughout the day or all at once, not sure yet), and wanted to know how long after my final dosage it would be safe to consume alcohol. I can do a CWE if required.

The hydrocodone effects will be nearly gone after about 4 hours. I'd be more concerned about consuming a lot of APAP with the alcohol so CWE is a good idea.

Yeah, I'd check to see how much APAP you consumed first. The combination of that and alcohol can really tear a hole in your liver.
Just like cane said, do a cold water extract. They're quick, easy and totally worth it :D

In my personal experience, I've been fine drinking some alcohol with hydrocodone AS LONG AS I'm not drinking to the point where I can no longer stay awake.

If you're struggling to stay awake, then alcohol may be a bad idea.

But if you're awake and alert, you can feel safe to take a few drinks without having to worry about passing out and choking on your own vomit.

In my early days, before I knew CWE, I would pop 7.5mg perc/tylenol oval pills and drink, and then pop another well into the night. This led to puking in a brown paper bag cause I couldn't make it to the toilet and I was close to getting it on my friend's carpet. So... CWE would be required to do in my opinion, its very fucked up to your liver without using it.
