half life of naltrexone is 4 hours I believe. The longer you wait the less it will block the incoming opaite. which means wait longer get higher. Id wait at least 10-12 hours to get full effect.

It's 3-4 days if you have been taking them consistently from my experience. Don't even bother attempting before that because I guarantee you will regret it immediately. If you are still using, why bother taking the naltrexone?
How did you take the naltrexone? Sublingually? Or did you shoot it up? Naltexeone has terrible bioavailability via oral and sublingual routes which mean you have less naltrexone in your body than you think.
Anyways, the longer the wait the better. But may I ask why did you take the naltrexone if you wanted to get high?

I have been in your shoes, actually was in a similar situation a little over a year ago. IMO and IME getting high isnt worth rehabs, jail and being homeless. That's what happened to me, and it was the worst year of my life.
Watch yourself man, don't think your smarter than your parents because the cockiness and comfortability will get you caught when you start to feel assured and complacent, that's when shit hits the fan, or atleast for me.

Dude 50mg Naltrexone certainly blocks opiates for well over 4 hours. A single 50mg dose is supposed to provide opiate receptor saturation for 24 hours. Don't bother trying to break through it as that is ignorant and dangerous. I'd wait probably 36 hours since you took it 2 days in a row.
you think 36 hours will be long enough? Will i be wasting any of the drug (heroin)
The active metabolite of naltrexone has a half life of 13 hours, and in my experience even doses like 5mg gives pretty much 24h blockage or at least dull the effects a lot. You need to wait couple of days at least.
And the above posters mix up naloxone with naltrexone which are 2 different chemicals.

Naltrexone takes awhile to piss off.
My parental authorities use suboxone like that. Cept naloxone wears off quick and I can shoot through it no prob cuz receptors aren't saturated till around 6mg (they only make me take 2mg) ... I'd hate to experience naloxone. Even clean. Shivers. Terrifying! Lol!
