I've been on it for 2 days, 25 mg in the morning and at night. My last dose was yesterday at 4pm (~28 hours ago). I currently have a bottle of wine waiting for me. Has it worn off enough so that I I'll be able to feel good from getting drunk or should I wait longer? Does anyone have any experience drinking after going off of it?

How long after I stop taking 50 mg naltrexone will I be able to feel good from drink?

I used to drink while on naltrexone, but I don't recommend it, especially if your goal is to get drunk. If you want to have a beer or a glass of wine then go for it though. But, you will get drunk if its been 28 hours.
