How long after 1mg xanax can i take an adderall dose?

i took my xanax at about 2 pm, i was wondering when would it be safe to take the adderall at 10 mg?

There's no negative interactions between the drugs, take it whenever you want. However, some people report that benzos can diminish effects of stims.

anytime really. Some doctors prescribe benzos along with am amphetamine to reduce the anxiety/jitters/stimulation. I'd say it's perfectly safe to take now; so long as you aren't mixing huge doses of both, i don't see any big problems.

btw no one on here has any idea what time it is where you live.

As everyone said above, there aren't any real dangers mixing the two. Personally I would change the order in which your taking them. Depending on your tollerence to benzos and amphetamines, 1mg of Xanax may deminish the effects of 10mg of adderall. Unless u have little tolerance to adderall and more to benzos.

Typically people use benzos while coming down off amphetamines. Relieve the uneasiness often felt during the comedown.

I certainly wouldn't worry however. Take them simultaneously if you wish.
