How IV Heroine N. 3 ?

Hello bro,

i have buy Heroine n. 3 in Amsterdam becaudse i had think "use limon and i ca IV it", but yesterday night i had used 4 drop of limon and it's not dissolving iv water (and limon)....it's possible?
Where i had wrong?

Please reply me first as possible...Thanks!
