Yeah I'm sick of rain. But as I get older I start to prefer it over snow.
Both precipitations have spun out my car in the past so I need to be careful. I've been getting very close to more accidents. I need to chill and stop using driving as a thrill and more of just.. transportation

Doesn't always have to be below freezing to snow I don't believe. I don't know rocket applications but I guess it's just not like, super puffy snow and basically just doesn't stick

Yep, its been known to snow at 40° before. But would be like a heavy wet snow. 30° and below you would get the powdery snow that blows across streets and sidewalks.
