How is pure mdma different from a pill?

I've remembered seeing this thread I had been about to ask this. Is there some place on Earth where ecstasy pills still contain MDxx? I didn't happen to get anything better than some MDA-like but more hallucinogenic a few years ago. I don't use empathogens a lot but if I do, it's only pure chemicals. If there was MDMA inside pills dealers sell, they wouldn't be so cheap and one wouldn't need to eat 10 during one night. Damn, sometimes you can start hallucinating just from looking at totally "speeded out" guys who bought "greatpillsuonewant?"...

I wasn't suggesting that anything crystal and brown is MDMA, that would be silly. I was saying that out of the forms that MDMA comes in (pills, white powder, brown crystals, in solution), I would have most confidence in the purity of brown crystals...
 
MDMA HCl (or MDA/MDEA) is white to off-white but not grayish. If it is, it's due to impurities. Well, even if you had a weight scale for analytical purposes to 1mg, some grayish color wouldn't make a person notice any subjective difference, I bet. It may have some coloring on purpose (just like pills have coloring additives) but gray? I don't think so. And I've seen some grayish crystal MDMA (said to be MDMA at least), MDMA HCl crystals become more and more available to average customers. Well, maybe not so much but more and more people have access to more or less pure crystals. Sure it's more expensive (after some thinking and counting I don't think it's losing money, really, when a speed/piperazine pill costs 5PLN and 1g of crystals costs 70-80PLN). It doesn't change a thing concerning MDMA legality but I hope crystals will finally supersede (or at least be widely available as an alternative) those stupid pills (they're no longer ecstasy pills).

...and he was telling you that this is wrong (and it is). The only way to tell purity is through testing. Colour cannot make you more comfortable one way or the other. There is no reason to be more confident in tan coloured molly.
 
MDMA is MDMA. Pills have binder, but otherwise the two are equally likely to get cut. One has to consider that in powder form, it can be cut at any point on the chain from dealer to dealer before it reaches any real customers.
 
^ I'm speaking from my experience and used 'I' throughout. I'm talking about small crystals with a brown tinge. I would have MORE confidence as to it's purity as distinct from pills, or a white powder.

Not saying that one is never cut, and the others always are. Just talking on a scale...
 
To make it clear, I wasn't talking about a cut MDMA/MDA from a dealer when I wrote it's white to off-white. I wouldn't buy such a simple chemical from a stupid dealer. Yes, I can make it tan or green but then it's going to be a composition of MDxx HCl and a coloring chemical (but the power of the drug will remain 100% ). D-glucose is like 1-2$ here in pharmacies for 100g. Great cut for anything being that cheap. Forget about talc or friable glass.

I did see pink pills, I did see pink amph smelling not like amph. But I haven't seen colored MDMA HCl in powder for marketing value, I've only seen some very off-white or gray crystals and that wasn't marketing, that was simply dirty stuff. Chemists from the underground are not always professors of chemistry... More like on the contrary.
 
some guys will remember a cap in 1900, nicks were red and blacks, and dennis menaces lol, best shit i ever took in cap or pill form,i payed off my guy and met him at a festival ,well pissed and so were the guys who wanted theres, after that i cdnt get rid of em quik enough, beautiful buzz had to sell at cost , boo, maybe not pure mdma but definitly as good as any pure mdma ive had

I find it easier to get where I want to be with crystal MDMA than with pills. In my experience, every time I've taken around 150 mg of crystal MDMA, I've had a great time. With pills, you never know how much MDMA is in each pill. I've had situations where eating three pills only gave you a mild buzz. 8o
