how is my "machine"?

I am new to using it so I am still acquiring the finesse to work with it. I just want opinions on how well this machine is constructed. it is a pipette broken off at one end and stuck into that larger piece you see there with duct tape as a seal of sorts.

You will use that for weed,and what purpose has foil on the pipe?Did you make little holes with nidle and put weed there?

Lots of people who have litttle or no experience with DMT are unaware of what "the machine" is.

For those of you; its essentially a way to vaporize DMT very effectively. Usually you would make it out of a small (single serving) glass bottle (like a small hennessey bottle, or hell, even a beer bottle)

With that in mind. This "Machine" is pretty terrible. You must be young to not think it will be terrible when the duct tape starts to melt and burn from the glass heating up.

This looks more like a modified test tube vaporizer rather than "the machine" and I personally would probably never smoke out of it. You really want to use only things that wont combust when they come into contact with high heats.

I would probably recomend to just smoke out of a lightbulb vape until you can get a propper bottle and steel wool / copper scrubber.

Or just buy a 5 dollar meth pipe/hash oil pipe
 
actually the tape does not do anything when the glass heats up. ive hit this many times and it does get a bit too hot sometimes but not hot enough to let go. also ive looked at my the lhs in chi city and couldnt find a oil pipe though i didnt think they would have one but it was worth a shot. Also that is steel wool in there.
 
I`v never smoked but as i have seen some idiopatic youtube dudes smokin that shit.
So, DMT and the shit will be transformed into a time machine so ,he can go back in time and smoke your grandma`s nipples if he like.

i am totally lost about the time machine and nipple's but if he wants to then go for it. Also the nickname is just something i came up with a long time ago and i kept it since i will never forget it no matter what site im logging into.

Just because you can't see the duct tape heating up doesn't mean you're not inhaling burning adhesives and plastics.

especially if you're smoking DMT which might cover up the red-flag taste of something burning.



You only have one pair of lungs, they're not worth fucking up to get to hyperspace, especially when you could use a lightbulb (or proper machine) and be 100% confident you're not inhaling melting tape. They're not expensive, and your body will thank you.
 
i agree that i should make a different device however i dont see the possibility of the duct tape doing anything. if the glass is not warm enough to hurt my fingers at the point where the duct tape is placed then it is easily below 110 degrees fahrenheit (estimation). There is no way that duct tape would be producing any fumes at that temp. But thanks for sounding much nicer than some people posting.
 
KAZANOKIZU if by chi city u mean chi town as in chicago you should go to a head shop called dude i forgot. best glasswork ive ever seen
 
Looks like you have alot of spice condensed around the bowl piece there, might be a bit wastefull.
 
lightbulb vapes are fine at first, but once you start wanting to explore multiple interconnected sessions you will need something a little more efficient, as the lightbulb heats up the melted DMT evenly distributes itself around the bulb making it harder to heat the area that has the DMT (because it is spread so sparse) I find you cant succesfully breakthrough more than 4 or 5 times in a 3 hour time period with a bulb.

So I upgraded to an oilburner, it works fine, but what you really want is the Glass Vapor Genie, its supposedly the holy grail of DMT pipes.

Yeah go for this - that looks like a piece of shit (I'm sure it works though due to recrystallization in the chamber - kudos for making your own pipe) - I've actually found the appearance of your pipe to you can have an impact on some of your trips with the spice, with a negative leaning if you don't like the look of your pipe!!
 
i would buy a meth/oil pipe but i dont know where to get one. I have looked for oil pipes at the headshops near me but havent found any.
 
Hmm that sucks - I recently made a purchase of a wicked glass pipe - which has a rush hole on the bowl, but you can sprinkle your DMT into the bowl and push it through into the chamber, and then you can treat it LIKE an oil burner, but still smoke your ganja in it too if you like (just plug up the cone hole when using it for DMT)!!! Perfect, my first piece of reasonably nice glassware too.

Find something that you reckon would work for DMT, see how thick the glass is, and go for it! I'll post a pic to show you prob tomorrow.
 
go to a tobacco store in the ghetto area of town, and ask if they have any oil burners (they might askyou what you mean, if they do then describe that its a pipe with a bulb on one end rather than a bowl on that end... they usually have them but keep them under the counter by request only


im not even talking about a head shop, just a tobacco store that sells pipes and stuff in the ghetto... there should be at least one in every town
 
well someone on shroomery suggested i make the "key". I will in the next few days just to test the efficiency of the device. Sorry if this post gets long I have taken quite a few addy and we know what that tends to do for writing/typing:)

In the meantime I had one of those "why didn't I think of that before" type moments, and I thought about taking my weed pipe and sandwiching the spice between two layers of steel wool. Now obviously I torched both pieces prior to use. I did a few test runs with just the steel sandwich and no spice or anything just to see how the flame would behave. Then after I put the spice in I had the most powerful dmt experience I've had thus far.

Which brings me to the reason why I made this reply. I know different substances affect people in a variety of ways. But it so far i haven't gone to the other side completely. I always hear the buzzing sound and it does feel like I'm literally blasting off. To me though really cool stuff happens to me even though I don't break through. I understand the fractal visuals, but what is weird to me is that even though I don't break through (I tend to have my eyes opened what feels like extremely wide no matter how overloaded my brain gets for some reason) I still hear some voices that are obviously not mine. I don't mean "oops I left the window open and it's actually my neighbor".

finally the question: When someone fails to blast off, but still gets pretty far out there, is it normal to feel super overloaded and hear voices?
