How is my dealer's weed getting stronger and stronger weekly?

So I buy from a good friend of mine, who buys from someone who tells us he home grows his weed. Every week he gets a new batch, ALWAYS stronger every single week. Now I'm not one to doubt the *hands down* best marijuana I've ever smoked, but how is this in the slightest bit possible? It's not possible to grow a new set of plants in one week and cultivate the buds.. Is it? My only theory is that he laces it with some chemical, maybe synthetic cannabinoids, PCP, something else maybe? I don't know, I want some opinions/thoughts on this, because I really don't get it. EDIT: No, the point of this post is that it actually IS better than last week, which is why I'm curious. It's not a matter of falling for it, I get so much higher every time, my last high I was with a friend, we thought we became gods and were seeing rippling surfaces on everything, we thought it was because we were seeing through the farbic of time and space, and within 30 minutes we completely forgot all of it. I never got that high off any drug before, so yeah, it IS actually getting stronger each time.

Could just be a gimmick to keep you hooked into his supply or he has many different strains he is harvesting weekly. Otherwise we really cant say.

Whenever I buy weed from my guy, he always says that the shit he has is totally bomb and better than last time. Im just like whatever and its usually the same. Sometimes he has a different strain and yeh some are better than others. But I am betting its mostly just a gimmick and your falling for it.

Aveoturbo said it best, it's all just a marketing scheme.

Every dealer says the same thing, "Better than last week!". My favorite is all the different strain names they come up with. I don't give a fuck about the name, unless I'm buying from a medical dispensary I don't give a fuck what it is as long as it gets me high and it tastes good when I smoke it.

By varying or alternating strains, you do allow people to experience a different (varying cannaboids give you a different high) high and that can be perceived as more high.

If you have been smoking sativa and switch to indica you feel a lot more high because of the change.

It's all (chemicals) in your head.

A lot of growers cultivate different sets of plants that'll be ready for harvest at staggered intervals. It would be a fuck ton of work to have a new harvest ready every week, though, so my money's on he's embellishing a bit when he tells you how often he harvests. Though he might have several different strains on hand and just makes sure to alternate what his main product is from week-to-week.

My weed is pretty much the same lol, we get basically 3 different strains, but they bet better every time... which is crazy because its already AMAZING haha

good growers learn from their mistakes, that along with varrying your growing technique can lead to getting better weed almost every time %)

It's impossible to tell. Maybe he's started curing the bud, which would account for it getting stronger weekly. Who knows though?
