How is meth prepared for IV administration?

Meth is very soluble in water, generally you will not even need to add any heat, especially if you crush the shards before hand.
Mix 1 part (crushed) meth into water
Add 1 part syringe
Draw the solution
Toss in a healthy vein...
And blast off into productivity...
