I'm in New England, and I always get wax bags.
The wax bags I used to get always came stamped, but that hookup went to rehab, don't know if he's out or not, but I certainly ain't going to call him up talking to him about dope.
The wax bags I get from newer hookup are either plain or all come marked in a similar fashion by a marker. It'll switch every once in a while. (Not sure how long, I try to make it so I'm not looking for something every day or even other day).
An FYI, for ANYONE who gets WAX baggies, you might be WASTING PRODUCT ...
If you're like me you probably want to get the most out of what you're buying. After you empty out the contents of the bag, cut it open and even if it doesn't look like there is anything on the bag, SCRAPE it with a credit card or something that won't rip the paper, but still strong enough to get anything clung to the bag. You can actually get a pretty good line from a seemingly empty bag.
I usually see people just poor it out and toss it, actually a bit of a waste when you see what is left (just not visible to the naked eye). Well hope that helps someone!

caps - the little pink and white gelcaps they sell at headshops and shit. usaully powder or powder with some chunks of tar mixed in. quality varies widly. usally get these off the streets and not from any specific dealer

I'm from New Jersey...we have the blue wax bags, double sealed in a plastic bag...they claim thats from philly....and the we get the white wax bags, sealed with double stick tape, from new york...the quality changes daily, but when you walk onto a set, they call out the names on the stamps, currently, the stronger, sleepyhead and cvs are good.....getting the different stamps adds alittle excitment....

i can almost promise you thats where all your brown colored powdered heroin comes from.
dealers will spread it around a surface with water and heat and add a cut to it. in my area its cut with dormin. the less cut the darker the powder and stronger your dope is and vicea versa.

Wax bags taped shut, adn sometimes also enclosed in a larger plastic bag. I have seen the stamp on the wax part and on the plastic part.
Once I bought some heroin that came inside those little jewelry baggies that weed adn coke sometimes comes in, and inide of that bag was a piece of paper folded over a couple of times-really rugged looking shite, and slack as well.
