it takes a lot of effort to get that low and muscle loss is always going to happen when cutting, drugs reduce that loss ofc but its still definitely possible without
getting sub-10% is a different story, probably won't hit that without drugs

Im not to concerned about fat loss anyway. I wouldnt mind losing abit of fat on my gut but its not going to keep me up at night. m more concerned with getting stronger so im eating as much protein as possible

if you wanted big biceps would you hold a weight in your bent arm for long periods?

rice is great fuel for lifting tbh just keep it lean with minimum fat, healthy fats and saturated total probably 60-70g/day
more salt helps if I feel tired while getting enough calories
body types aren't something backed up by the literature even though its a popular idea on YouTubeAll of you are forgetting genetics and body types. Read about them. Then factor in age.
I have to agree to certain point and this is without having any knowledge of body types and so on as I'm talking from an early age. From pre school if you think about it, there was always the skinny kids that gets away with eaten alot more then most can, then the athletic type and then the easy gainers ( big guys ) and I mean this in no discriminating way. But it's a fact and later in life you learn about ecto, meso and endomorph mode types, which to me explain what I more or less saw growing up.Wrong there are three body types and some that are a combo of Two. I know this well. I always wasted my athletic ability along with my inherent intelligence.
Am I bragging. No I am story of so much wasted potential.

Ah, Some people are just not physically gifted. Just like Einstein was smarter than...most people or actually very few or any were in his league when it came to physics and mathematics.
