How i inject my drugs vein suggestions ? 26 IV user for 11+ years

Im 26 male from australia
Im fat. Been injecting ice , opiates and speed for over 11+years

Veins i use: chest,stomach , biceps

Veins that sometimes work: wrist
Hand/outter arm , left inner arm

Veins completely collapsed: left arm inner, left arm outter, left hand and wrist. Left crook. Right crook. Left outer arm.
I have been injecting meth since 14.
Injecting in vein opiates since 19.
Injecting/ingesting speed since 13

I have also served 3years prison. During my first stint i injected with jail syringes which are very blunt also in aussie jails the main drug to use is suboxone strips

What i think ruined my veins:

injecting too many shots of meth when on benders and being high/shaky.
Injecting fentanyl patches
Injecting bupe strips before i was on methadone
Injecting oxys and other dangerous tablets.

Im now on methadone 90mg daily dose
So obviously i didnt inject suboxone since ive been on methadone.

Using blunt needles



Meth-
I mix 20 units of water with less than 2 points
I mix 30 units of water with 2points or more

Alcohol swab wipe my areas of injecting
Always used filtered water
Sometimes i get my vein quick . Sometimes i have to dig in diffetent spots

Average amount of meth used: half G - G injected in 1.5-2 point shots

Sometimes use a filter

Heroin-
I mixed 30 units of water with 1 points H ( china white)
Mix 40 with 2 points of H (china white)
No filter needed for our heroin in australia


Fentanyl patches-
Use 300 units of water
Cook patch on spoon in vinegar and water flushing
no filter used
Inject quarter path pieces ( 50microgram full patch cut in to pieces)



Can anyone tell me good veins to use when you have collapsed lots of veins

I currently inject in my thigh, chest , bicep, hand

I am very overweight from prison and also because of my mental health+methadone

Even tho i inject alot of meth and other drugs it doesnt make me lose weight

This is one thing that needs to change if you intend to continue injections. The filter is not simply because the dope is weak but because you have no clue where it's been. In the hands of at least 10 different people who are more likely than not to cut it, but not just that, you're injecting some Afghani dudes finger residue and sweat and shit too. Not a race thing but you can't even safely touch your own open wounds without sanitized hands I don't trust a mf cooking up h cares to clean his hands.

Hey just wanted to say I saw your measurements for your meth injections. You need to dilute with water much more. If your doing two points like at least 40 to 50 mgs of water.

I know it's annoying when your trying to hit and you get blood for one sec and then lose the shot. Less water with a large dose is a hot shot. I've done massive shots that were too hot and not diluted and my vein would literally dissappear after the injection.

Your heroin measurements are fine H is never the culprit for vein issues. I shoot h into my legs and neck with zero problems. Meth is the one you need to be careful with.

When I shoot ice i always drink like 1 to 2 large drink cups of water and then maybe take a hot scolding shower. This will make all your veins pop out on your arms.

I've been hitting my inner forearms alot. My wrists used to be the clutch money spot but sadly I think there failing. You want to be injecting close to the heart with ice and in the direction of the blood flowing. Don’t do legs or chest or neck if that's an option.

You didn't put a number on how many times you went in a day. I usually do 1 to 2 with 8 to 12 hour spacing, that's generally safe. Obviously I've had times where I've injected 6 times on a day. That will destroy your veins and possibly kill you.

But yeah man best of luck. Stop injecting the fent patches that's disgusting lol.

Yep, meth is very caustic so it needs to be diluted as much as possible, within reason, to minimise damage.
