Good luck with that...I'm realizing I haven't been sleeping because of back pain, so I really wonder if ignoring pain relief options tonight was a good idea or not.

I think I'm also sick of watching local news. How much did it cool down to out there TRM? It's still in the mid 70s here.

Yeah, the italianness prevents me from burning, although my chest did a little bit. Tommyboy was not nearly as fortunate. The olive skin tone seems to save me often enough, but without sunblock, anywhere near the equator will cause a burn still.

And, that's still way too hot. It must be humid here, that's usually what makes it miserable. I definitely HATE the cold/winter and much prefer the heat.


Okay, I give up, 50mg diphenhydramine...seriously, more temazepam would be nice, since I think there's a tolerance issue going on with the dosage.

MMJ, I'm so jealous! I had my psychiatrist rip up a benzo script when I told her I used pot for my back pain instead of taking my prescribed opiates...she told me to stop using illegal drugs, take my opiates as directed, and then she'd consider giving me my benzo script back the next month. Thankfully I'm crafty or that bitch woulda sent me right into benzo w/d, which she didn't seem to care about...almost would have liked to have a seizure and sue her ass for malpractice.

I'm just chillin on 1mg lorazepam, weed is the only thing on the table for later, but I have to deal with family first. Hoping since I'm going out to dinner (probably?) with my dad and his gf that I get a nice expensive glass of wine in me...I'm not a big drinker, but oh how I love some good wine with some good food :)

Glad you woke it up in here TRM, thread seems to die if you aren't around :)
 
^ Ah took me a day to see this. I'm not quite sure what benzo w/d is like... I've somehow managed to avoid it for a few years now, but I get the feeling I'll find out eventually.
 
Crazy storms here right now (currently in the DC area), just at 0.5mg lorazepam and a bit of bupe earlier in the day, nothing crazy but I'm trying to reduce my tolerance for a trip I'm taking in a few days. Still good enough to enjoy the weather a lot!

Also drank some PBR earlier but I think that's all gone :)
 
I am detoxing a bit as I have some time of from work. No opiods to speak of and I'm on day 2 with very tolerable symptoms. I got some benzos to help out but otherwise it's just slightly uncomfortable with a runny nose, sneezing and temperature fluctuations. I have been eating pretty good and sleeping with the benzos but, one can only guess what tomorrow will bring.

Tonight was just .5mg alprazolam earlier, 50mg dph because I'm actually sorta itchy (was outside at the wrong time tonight, not sure if I got bitten by anything), smoked a couple bowls, and when I get off my rear gonna add 1mg lorazepam. I'm scared I'm gonna oversleep for my job interview because my air conditioner is so ancient (yet tiny, powerful, and good on saving power :) ) and loud :\ Don't have my regular alarm clock at the moment, so hoping the Blackberry alarm is loud enough...
 
No problem I had this problem before with a old shitty phone with a weak ass alarm clock, so i downloaded a program and used it as my alarm clock, worked like a charm and it is FREE ;) .... Now I got a new phone which I have been using for the past month or so with a kick ass speaker so that is what i use now :)
