How High is North America? v. Higher than South America

i have some minor scabs from last night itchies...but i'm not nodding, just some serious bell-ringers like, whoa.

I forced myself to go to sleep early last night (about 11pm eastern time) with a cocktail of 50mg diphenhydramine, some buprenorphine, 1mg lorazepam, 3mg melatonin and a few bowls before bed. Woke at 3:30am with 5mg IR Dexedrine, 10m XR Dexedrine, a tiny bit of buprenorphine and cup of coffee about an hour after taking the Dex and bupe. It's still pretty darn early but I'm smoking some more weed and I feel amazing.

Tonight's sleep is going to be awesome.
 
120mgs of oxycodone. I did 90mgs, then accidentally took a 30 thinking it was a 5mg oxy IR.

Feels amazing.
 
Long crazy busy work week!!! Having a 24oz becks beer on the train home. Copped a few bags a few days ago seems it these have fallen short of fire... Oh well TGIF! Have a good weekend and don't do anything I wouldn't do... Hhhahha!!!

30 mg of temazepam. That is after a long day of taking 80 mgs of oxy and 30 mg morphine. Time to crash.
 
Just took 150mgs of Embeda (morphine/naltrexone).

Hopefully I don't go into precip withdrawals since I took other opiates the past 2 days and emptied the beads out of the capsule. I didn't crush them, so I should be fine.

I wouldn't really worry about PW a day later. I typically dose sub 10 hours after oxy and have only once experienced what any would consider WD. So this is the future of our beloved pharmys. Seems like a half hearted attempt at abuse proofing IMO. People often shoot suboxone and I always snort mine. You said it has beads which I guess is better than suboxone but, its still no OP.

They actually took the Embeda off the market. My friend gave me these because he is sketched out by the whole idea of a pill with naltrexone inside that is covered in wax so it only gets released if crushed.
