I haven't jumped in here in a while..finally stumbled across some oxy for the first time in a while! So, couple bongs of good weed, some lorazepam and diphenhydramine, and slowly increase this oxy dose nasally since my opiate tolerance is back to absolute zero for the most part. My life sucks at the moment, but I'm starting to feel really good.
