In the US here - I would never smoke tobacco with cannabis, sounds very gross to me as I am a non-smoker, and will only use cannabis. Very few people combine the 2 in joints here, most people just smoke a cigarette before or after their cannabis.

I always roll my pot with tobaco, I don't smoke cannabis a lot, so I use the tobbaco to smooth out the smoke on my lungs so I don't harsh it right back up in an episode of coughing.

as for how high. 3600mg of gabapentin, 7-8 tokes of super potent cannabis and 50mg of quetapine for more sedation. I'm ending a speed binge and need a sedating pillow to crash on.

2mg klonopin
2mg alprazolam

I actually fell asleep in the bathroom at one point. Just for a little... and no not using the toilet...checking on my kittens hahaa.

Some nice lines of Rit's I got recently, just did 20mg but after a long time without stims - it feels nice.
 
20mg of Hydrocodone just now. Got thirty more. About to prolly take the rest. Very little tolerance so hopefully it is not to much.

Just took 30mg more. Might as well go all the way.

It has been along time since I had Hydrocodone, and this has reminded that it makes me waaay more nauseas than with Oxycodone. I feel awesome but still very sick. Oh well!

I had 300mg of tramadol, 3g of gabapentin/Neurontin, 300mg pregabalin/Lyrica, 400mg cimetidine, and 75mg diphenhydramine a couple of hours ago About 15 minutes ago, I plugged 100mg of tramadol. The effects when plugged kick in rapidly. I think the bioavailability may be higher too.

I had 400mg a few hours before I went to bed. I did not go to bed until 10:00 AM and slept all day. I forgot that it was only 7 or 8 hours since then, thinking it was last night instead of mid morning when I had my last dose. You are not supposed to use more than 400mg every 24 hours, and I doubled that, When I realized my mistake, I took 2.5g of depakote, which I used as a mood stabilizer until I was taken off of it the last time I was at the funny farm. It is also one of the most common drugs used to treat epilepsy. I think that the Depakote, Lyrica/pregabalin, and Neurontin/gabapentin should reduce the risk of seizures significantly. They are all anticonvulsants.


I feel really great. Gonna plug some MDPV. Can't smoke or snort because it was in the floor and what I scraped up also had some debris in it. I have very little left. I am going to buy 7g of it at a really low price very soon.

I will also be smoking Concussion, which contains 1 or more cannabinoid(s). I seem to be really sensitive to cannabinoids. Just a little pinch of the stuff gets me really high.

I've been repeatedly smoking lots of the Concussion(like spice or k2) been so high that I couldn't remember the meaning of most words or do a simple math problem like 4x7.

I saw lots of hallucinated bugs crawling and flying around. My skin looked like it was dying.
I've seen images of a variety of animals, including humans. standing or walking nearby. These visions lasted less than a second. I was hearing voices and having very strange thoughts and all talking sounded like gibberish..These feelings were much stronger than the more average trip.
