82.5mg hydrocodone, 7.5mg alprazolam, 300mg pregabalin, 100mg doxylamine succinate(an antihistamine to potentiate hydrocodone and add its own sedative effects), 300mg cimetidine(an antacid that significantly increases the effects of many opiates).
Gonna eat 16mg AM-2201 shortly. This is enough to get really stoned. Smoking that much would be dangerous(possibly life threatening/ending) judging by some of the trip reports I have read.
Edit: Ate 20mg AM-2201 and added another 11.25mg hydrocodone for a total of 93.75mg. Have another 0.75mg alprazolam which I may take if I feel any anxiety from the AM-2201 when it kicks in. I was only going to go 16mg of AM-2201 but I felt I'd like it a bit stronger. On the other hand, I had used it daily for 3 or 4 or 5 days at that point, so 20mg oral could be a bit much. I do like to get really high, especially on anything psychedelic but I prefer to not to experience any major anxiety with it. That said, I hope it is really intense and insane.
I don't like insanity as in going completely nuts and requiring hospitalization due to dangerous behavior, which has never happened to me, but I did once start yelling and screaming about killing cops and telling everyone to get the fuck away from me or I'd do various bad hings to them while drunk on lots of booze. Another time drunk I think I drunk a bottle of piss instead of my water and blacked out for maybe 6-8 hours with my room rearranged and pissed on the carpet while drunk, then felt for days afterward that I was dying due to the sickness.
The drugs I am getting wasted on today are much less likely to have me passing out and doing dangerous, destructive, and harmful (to any living thing), in fact I don't think those have ever caused anything worse than the anxiety I have felt from AM-2201 or other cannabinoids.
Anyway, it will be about an hour before I feel the first effects or the AM-2201 and 2-3 hours possibly to peak. Then a long plateau and drop off, the trip can last 6-8 hours with less intense effects lasting maybe another 3-6 hours.
