that is exactly how i feel 15 minutes after waking up and taking some tums and 60mg adderall IR. that's about the amount of time it takes me to get to work.


6 hours later, i just walked in the door and am having a few after-work bowls of some amazing ganja

actually, during heavy heavy fighting, its so fucking loud anyways, I do toss my music player on. with a gadget that interrupts the music player for the coms radio Xmissions...which are the only thing you can hear anyways. If not coming in via earphone, you aint hearing it over mech inf coy and BN arty fire mission anyways.

me, I stumbled though the day on 15mg of d-amp, gonna take the rest tonight for work. for now, gonna drop a trazodone and try to sleep.

Since I have been clean from opioids for 3+ weeks, I decided to take 250mg of Talwin NX, orally.

Suprisingly, I am pretty high, but there is certainly something missing.
 
Experimenting with Vimpat (lacosamide). So far it doesn't appear to have much potential. A lot of dizziness, bloodshot eyes and a little bit of stomach discomfort with 750mg
 
Another 250mg of Talwin NX.

It is producing a good body high and visual distortions.

40mg oxy insufflated after a nice bong sesh, gonna hit another phat bowl in about 10 mins :) .

Also, tomorrow I am going to be cooking up some oxy with my friend for the first time (first time for any opiate IV, although have injected coke and ketamine.) I was wondering what you might think would be a good dose for the first time, considering 40mg snorted gets me quuuite nice. My opiate tolerance is always generally fairly low as I can only afford about a day or 2's worse of oxy in a week. My friend is very experienced and safe with his injections so thats not a worry. I was thinking 20mg would be good, however I discovered today I have some other things to do after so I need to be qute functional and not sick, would this be okay you think?

currently on 60mg valium, 30mg temazepam, 6 pack of beers and lots of bong rips..
