So yeah it's probably the difference in dose that makes it easier on me. If I had a month long supply of methadone at 50mg/day there is no way I'd make it the whole month.

Maybe you could try getting your methadone prescribed/provided to you for shorter period at one time. Your doctor might be willing to prescribe (or provide you directly, if that's how it works where you live) you with methadone for a week or 2 weeks and see you once every week or two to replenish your supply. Or would going to see him every 2 or even 4 times a month cost too much? Or would the distance to where you need to go to replenish your supply be too great for you to make the trip every week?

I work very remote for long periods of time so my month to month is great. I have a good kratom supplier so that’s my back up plan at least. Any way I’m gonna take a nap I’m nodding out again and I can’t fugue out If it’s mt thrive I been taking or I’ve been taking to much methadone then normal lol later yall

I'm the opposite, I love opiate (preferably with benzos) highs + weed, but quite dislike uppers with weed. For me to enjoy weed on stims at all there would have to be a decent amount of downers in the mix as well; opiates definitely, preferably paired with benzos, need to be in the mix (both now that I'm dependant on the both of them), but without a dependency a strong enough, and high enough dose of an opioid alone would be enough to suppress the side effects (anxiety mostly) of this combo.

So with what you have mixed in it sounds quite okay. :D

Woke up after a deep 9-hour sleep, 04 local time, just in time for ufc! Since then, i've enjoyed:

0,7 gram of quality amphetamine, orally and nasally
A joint of great sticky dark hash
1 mg alprazolam
0,5 mg flualprazolam

Had an epic day so far!

Kind of bored waiting at the airport, luckily it's a pretty short flight. Before leaving my place I had a couple of small lines of meth, 0.5mg of alprazolam and 3g of kratom haha.

Oh yeah, I would expect that Chicago would have some good stuff...I always think of the tar/meth combo as a west coast (and southwest) combo...wheras I think of Chicago as more of a powder heroin/crack cocaine kinda city, like cities on the east coast...but I could be mistaken in that belief.

I'm currently staying in the northeast USA and, while powder heroin and cocaine are easily obtainable, I'm not sure you would find meth easily...perhaps in some gay clubs. Tar, AFAIK, is non existent in this marketplace. It's all ecp.

Oh you're Dutch. Had missed that so far :).

Took a little extra methadone today, and some amphetamines. Will probably pop a (or a few, but Imma need to cut back for a while again soon, though tonight out of all nights isn't really the night for me to start obsessing over some extra benzos). Kinda lame I didn't have any more abusable opis in my stash for now. But saving up my oxies an entire half month is too hard for me. :D Oh well, God bless methadone in the mean time. On 12 jan I can go fill the scripts for next month's oxy. I've had them since ~12dec already, but unfortunately they are dated (probably for the best, seeing as after I've used up my monthly rx of oxy - 90x80mg my tolerance is so jacked up that it'd be a terrible waste to use 3 more boxes (aka another 90x80mg) immediately afterwards). They wouldn't even last a week if that were the case. I do wish I had some right now though. Or some H. But it is what it is. :)

240mg methadone, 150 mg amphetamines. Gonna add some tranquilizers (benzos/pregabalin) now.

You would be right in saying we're a powder H and crack area, both are extremely common and can be bought on most corners in certain areas of the city. Those are the only 2 drugs I've had random strangers try to sell me in places not even considered open air.

You'd have to go a little while south for crystal, but it's not very far. Indiana and southern IL especially has a lot of meth, probably the most in the midwest.

Coming down from too much speed. Taking things in a desperate attempt to cope with the panic (any other ideas u have to help would be greatly appreciated as well)

-7.5mg more IR D-amphetamine. Just enough to make the crash somewhat more gradual)

-3.25mg Klonopin sublingually

-Lyrica 300mg

-Plenty of nicotine

-1x Novel 122 (temazepam)

-60mg codeine phosphate. Klonopin wasn't doing the trick so I tried this (I know it's a low dose for most people but codeine is the one opiate I'm sensitive to. With everything else this stuff feels equal to 7.5mg Percocet with 0 tolerance, got opiate itch and everything)

-50mg of either hydroxyzine, diphenhydramine or promethazine to make the codeine more potent (haven't taken this yet but plan on it as soon as I finish my post... gotta rummage through my stash and see which of them I have. There's probably all three somewhere around here just hidden, I'm hoping for hydroxyzine)

-methocarbamol if I stumble on it while looking for those antihistamines listed above. Don't know dosages off the top of my head but probably 750mg since I haven't got a tolerance if it's ineffective double it but then quit there.

-Debaring on whether or not to roll a Zig Zag of pretty good mid probably use the 0.75g I got left, definitely plenty to get me high but I might have to mix in tobacco to make it burn right even though I don't like to (but I'm a bit worried the smell will stick to me too bad to hide with others in the house, even if I smoke outside. Might have to wait to smoke it after everyone else is asleep (which is early thank God). The dealer considered it reg (think he's just picky these days after getting extremely high grade shit) and sold it as such. It's a nice color, cured well, so sticky I have to use a credit card to scrape it off my fingertips, I've found maybe 3 tiny stems + 0 seeds and it smells like one of the older viarietiea of skunk but I'm not sure cause it also has mild pine smell. Only thing I've noticed to be s bit bellow average is the taste but it really doesn't bother me cause the high is just fine.


UPDATE: Did all that except for the weed. Feeling worse, gritting teeth, cleaning everything and completely panicking because like an absolute dumbass I took +45mg Dexedrine Spansules and 15mg IR, I had to go somewhere that required me to be awake and alert. Now I'm home and regret it so fucking much. I just wanna calm down!
