8-16 mg daily but I start with 4mg then dose 2-3mg every 3-4 hours during my shift. 12 hour days plus waking up 3 hours early each day too so ya my days are like 16-17 hour days awake. Good for that norbuprenorphine to kick in better lol.
I still gonna get back on methadone tho. I expect my damn doc to call and apologize Monday or Tuesday. But I'm scared fellow bluelighters in June I scheduled a vivitrol shot I will be getting clean clean for the first time off opiates in 7 years. Can't say I'm not scared cuz I am. But I have faith this will be a good thing for I will be switching to CBD oil for pain. Hopefully they won't be able to test it when I get ransoms which I'll be testing myself at home to see maybe even the doc since I'm still gonna keep him around for family doc care ya know!! But it's a promise I must keep to get clean wish me luck! Take care this weekend and god bless

For me it's the usual 300mg of Tramadol and caffeine. Today I dosed 150/150 and it was waaaaay better than the 100/100/100 schedule ive been sticking to.

Calling off tomorrow so I can finish this move. Fuck em I'm working on Easter and I didnt get to see my Grandma nearly the whole time she stayed with me cuz of forced OT, they can kiss my ass. Happy Friday to me.

Yeah, precisely. 1 2mg pill every day. I made the mistake of telling her that I am not dependent on them (true) and that I when I do use them, I use small amounts (half true). I still have over 250mg in my stash, but I gave a bunch away over the last year which was a mistake.

OT: In Methadonia. Ate a 100mg capsule, 4mg alprazolam and got another 40mg in a rizla ready if I want to be higher. I'm not nodding yet from this you see.. But I do feel it pretty well so I will hold off, probably not take it at all. :)

Well tomorrow is the day see if my doc actually gives a fuck about me! He's back from vacation. Messed upon my file and so I had to switch from my methadone to subutex. No other doc at the place I go to would prescribe it to me cuz the way he wrote it in my file so I had to endure wd at work for 60 hours while I made the switch!

Today
4mg snorted subutex
2-3 every 3-4 hours I feeling good
Got Valium for panic attacks cuz I'm going to be getting on vivitrol in June I'm freaking out lol

I can't fault her, she doesn't want me addicted to banjos, she knows I have a loving relationship with alcohol, and is justifiably concerned most likely. Poor lady is just doing her job. Again, this is a new doc, not my old kick-ass motherfucker of a GP who knew me for a decade and was the chillest ever.

OT: Just finished post-work errands, now sprinting toward cirrhosis.
 
^but fuck that, I'm of the opinion that doctors are employees of their patients. I ain't paying to be told no. If I wanted that opinion I'd call my mom.

Go for it man! I really enjoy target place, I find it very calming. You can find really cheap 38 revolvers on Armslist. I saw one shop selling old police revolvers for only like 250-300. There's just so many options... I went with something that has cheap ammo so target shooting is a cheaper hobby. 22LR are the cheapest ammo, followed by either 38special or 9MM I think.

^^^ I don't pay jack shit because I'm broke enough for a zero dollar copay on every single thing. I dunno though, you has a point that I does comprehend. Meh. Gotta go with the flow and see if I can't work some magics.

I have only shot about five different guns, all very popular models, my favorite by far was the 1911. I've never shot a revolver though and really want to.

OT: 120mg methadone, 100mg pentobarbital, 2mg alprazolam, 0.5mg flubromazolam, 2mg etizolam & 12mg bromazepam.

Yes, I realize how reckless this is. This is the last time I'm dosing so recklessly high, for sure. I wasn't sure it was legit pentobarb so I took the benzos, but now I'm 100% sure the pento is working its magic! I never feel this way off of m'done &/or benzos! iz nize!

Have a good 'un guys. I'm gonna take a little bit of a stimulant so I don't die. Haha, some amps or ethylphen. Haven't decided. Just a pinch tho, don't want to ruin my sedation.
