How High Are You? v. Well I'm Pretty Darn High

I'm feeling good today started the day out with a nice speedball with bth and coke had another shot of bth a few hours ago so I'm still feeling good ;)
So I'm at work tonight and I look down on the ground and see what looks like a little while pill like an OC size well I picked it up and it was a 5mg oxycodone haha score... Gonna keep this just incase I get sick
 
So blazed. I was smoking so much oil and had a line of ketamine. Cracked open a beer and kept passing a bowl around. Then started flowing with a wand and then started using it as a baton (had a tube for it. It was awesome and her boyfriend was djing so I just went to the track and danced. I was so high and got lost into it. Then sat down... more oil and the steamroller was beautiful. Weed will always be one of my loves.
 
Does it have a lower bioavailibility if kept in liquid form and used buccaly?

I've had K before and when I had it at the hospital,they had to bump up the dosing, although, I don't know what the dosing was. Thanks for the answer by the way, you da shit!

Took about 600 mg codeine 20 minutes ago. Decided to see if the reason ~450 mg twice before felt only slightly stronger than 300 mg is because of the ceiling effect. So far so good, very nice euphoria and relaxation.

Oh and that potentiated with one whole grapefruit (sadly red this time, stores didn't stock white ones today for some reason). Well even if it doesn't potentiate anything, I still love grapefruit!

EDIT: very nice high. Trying to rip my nose off it itches so bad, haha; love the itches though.

Some Methadone and a tiny bit of Xanax. Out of drugs now. Except for 8mg of suboxone. But idk when I'll partake in that yet.

Gonna wait a while first for sure.

buccally i wouldnt reccomend. avery large amount would have to be used, up to 500mg
 
100mg tramadol which knocked me out and then twacked me out lol didnt get any sleep last night and fell asleep within minutes of popping the pills and then smoking a fat spliff

I fucking LOVE being opiated in the cold weather.
Idk if it's just me but, does anyone else feel way better when taking opioids in the cold weather? I love how opioids have that 'euphoric warm' feeling, and taking them when it's cold out feels godly.
Adding benzos to the cocktail and you're in for a good time!

^What's it like?

OT: 2mg suboxone. I had some muscle aches earlier, alleviated by the sub. Not high but not feeling shitty either. That's ok for me.
 
Feeling OK all things considered. Took 5 mg of val this morning, getting out of bed now/soon hahah, will have coffee lots of it and then more val before werk tonite.
 
started the day off with my normal 2 bags of H. went to costco to get my Xanax 2mg script( they are the only pharmacy in my area with green sticks).
Found a 25mg Seroquel in my box of goodies. rolled a nice joint of white widow. i have no more H at the moment so those bags at 12pm have no effect after 2pm.

12pm-2 bags of H,snorted.
4pm-2mg Xanax, Green stick, broken into 3 pieces and swallowed with snapple.
415pm-25mg of seroquel, swallowed whole, with snapple.
430pm-1 joint of White Widow,.8 gram.

5pm- feeling the xanax and seroquel slowing creep in,stoned as hell of the joint, the H is actually so worn off im starting to feel 1/10 withdrawal approaching.

Overall at this moment i feel pretty good, within an hour il be alot more relaxed and sedated. hopefully i get more H tonight!
