Aspirin to thin the blood. Good idea? I know I should've gone to ER, but something stopped me .. Took me an hr before I called my mom (who used to be in healthcare), guess that means something? 8(

Tried contacting my best friend first but he didn't see cause he was busy with a client. I thought I'd caused him a car-accident on top of my own "accident". I swear it looked dark because of the lighting. It wasn't til a few seconds after I pushed that I felt the excrutiating pain.

Not high teeth are chattering and am cold. I like purposively depriving myself of oxy these days (get tolerance down) even though the boxes are centremetres away. Have been doing this off and on for 2 weeks and as a result I now get smashed off 80 mgs.

im gonna have to try the 4mg later in the week. i gotta go to groups, individuals and to get my weekly sub script wednesday afternoon but its supposed to start snowing tommorrow morning/afternoon till early wednesday morning and living in delaware means everyones a giant pussy after 2 inches of snow and we're supposed to get 5-10 inches so its definetly not gonna be open wednesday so im gonna have to stretch the last strip i got doing like 1.5mg 2X a day or so. ill probaly be able to get em thursday but if not its nbd cuz im not gonna withdraw before i have a chance to get them or anything but i will try the 4mgs and see how it works out.
 
Feeling very nice.. smoking on some strong cannabis(Super silver haze, Blue Dream, some ridiculous NYC kush and some excellent purple) atm. the bowl before that had some dank hash oil layered in the bowl. im pretty fucking ripped. Have also had 10mgs of Alprazolam within the past 4 hours. I have also sniffed .2 of some very nice Cocaine. If i wasnt so benzo inbriated that .2 would of kickd my ass most likely.

800mg gabapentin

Feeling pretty good right now. I actually think I like Vyvanse better than my scripted Adderall. It seems a lot smoother without the l-amp.

Probably gonna see if I can switch to Dexedrine. I've been on it briefly before in high school and switched back to Adderall due to deamand from other students who just wanted Adderall cause of the name and notoriety and wouldn't listen to me when I would try to explain Dexedrine. I was stupid and made the switch back to Adderall. If my doc isn't down for the Dexies then I'll mention Vyvanse.
 
Gave in to my demon and got a bundle of decent quality bags.
Shot 2. Feel pretty good.
Took 2mg Xanax. Feel even better.
Shot 2 more bags. Nice.

Disclaimer- Mixing benzo's and opiates is bad, bad, bad. I mean that to be 100% sincere.
I know why I still do it. It feels really good. Oh well.
 
smoking some sour diesel and doing a bit of K. Only have a little bit of bud left and have to take a break from smoking soon.
Think I might do some dmt later tonight since I am allot less stressed now that I finished up my programming assignment since it was due tonight.

In the past few hours, holy shit I have work in 6...

Insufflated Crystal Meth, 8mg Clonazepam, 1 Pint Sierra Nevada Torpedo, 3 smoked bowls Alquimista Cannabis, 1 Marlboro NXT cig (the pack was cheap). Bout to dip into the Alien OG x White Fire, smoke a cig and sleep.
