claire22: Maybe you could buy some fitness equipment like weigths etc. so you can exercise at home at anytime you want. I have smoked weed for 5 years every day (It's nothing like methamphetamine or harder drugs like Heroin I know, but the fiending and the psychological addiction can be almost as bad in my experience, especially when you have an underlying depression / case of adult ADHD like myself).
I stopped smoking weed on weekdays and there were two things that helped me to reach my goal: buying and lifting weights (small 0.5 / 1.5 / 2.5 kg ones, but I noticed a real difference in strength by doing 3 series of 10 times with each arm daily). It takes a few months to notice a real difference but in my case it took around 4 months to go from 0.5 kg to 2.5 kg while only spending 5 minutes every day.
The second thing I did was buying a dartboard and some darts to occupy myself. I don't know where you live but here in Europe the game of darts is pretty popular, in which case it would be easy to get a good board and some darts for less than €50.
Hmmm... this is more a TDS post but I hope you get some motivation back, maybe try some supplements like fish oil and multivitamins as well. If you want some more advice from other people drop by in The Dark Side, a lot of helpful people there.
