tramadol and methadone. overshot the methadone a bit. i feel good when i can hold still, but still barf about hourly. and i gotta go to work.. so damn. i'd love just to drift into fitful half-sleep, but duty calls.

most these pills kinda suck. i should just switch to tar and get properly high, but that's nearly 2-3 times the price up here.
 
60mg hydrocodone + weed.

For some reason I thought these pills were the 5-500s. But now that they are starting to kick in, I figure out they are 7.5-500s. Oh well, I'm in for a ride %)

Probably cuz I'm baked again! %)

Day one of not doing opiates when I have some in the house! My cravings are easy to deal with baked. Marijuana will always be my anti-drug.

Hehe. Yeah, I'm really fucked up right now. Marijuana is really amazing on its own or with other drugs.

Feels good man.
 
drowning my sorrows the classic way with vodka (and a bit of phenazepam to potentiate).
 
Feelin' alright.

Going to try and enjoy what is hopefully my last night with H. Going to finish that up, smoke some weed, watch some Scrubs, and eat some fried chicken. :D
 
good old tramadol had me nodding in class unexpectedly and still got me feeling mellow and very content at the moment:) now do i want to take some temazepam?


of course i do, why do i even ask myself?

Knowing proper doses, like 50mg methadone is gonna get me buzzed, but 100 with FUCK me up, is a real luctury(sp)

I just got my first tar, and it kinda sucks just having to guess your dose, so you keep having to add on, until you have a good buzz going, and its 3 hours later and time to go to bed :!
