Took 40 mg of Temazepam at once this time and it gives a nice relaxation with some physical slow down upon Tram fade out. It's kinda nice but again feeling like not enough . Why can I never be satisfied with them? Mix again or redose, I really wonder. I'm three hours in now btw - suggestions?

Update: Went for a mini shot.. so tonight I will hopefully be able to sleep a few hours more,..

Had a blast with the people I was there with though, danced a lot. Actually took a whole E but didn't really feel it, it must be the buprenorphine blocking it, right? It has to be the same with this ketamin I've been taking bc I'm just not getting any psychedelic effects or any effects at all but other people surely do from the same stuff. But when I mixed the E and ket, I actually got the effects of both drugs, but as soon as the ket wore off all effects dissapeared. So had to take a line of ket every 45minutes to be able to even tell that i took ecstasy. Sooo wierd.

Yeah 3-5 days after a drop in dosage I stabilise and immediately make another drop, but it has worked pretty good so far, the wd is tolerable. Just a little impatient now that it comes to these doses below 3mg, I'll have to start with volumetric dosing soon

Well atm I'm fairly baked from 2 pulls of an indica strain thc cart, test pulls of knew products at a new vape shop/cannabis dispenser. Got a new battery and some edibles, so just had a 20mg toffee. Will give that a few minutes or more..

Not doing too well with the bupe withdrawals today, thinking of taking either some gabapentin or a small ket line, but I have such a tolerance to both now. I'll probably go with 600mg gaba just to take away the anxiety.

Had a productive morning out, now back at homebase for a bit before I have to go back out for one last appointment.

Feeling nice and floaty on my morning 85mg methadone dose, plus a staggered 1200mg gabapentin so far. About to smoke a bowl of Gelato #41 and keep taking the gabapentin. Tuesday Funday and all that.

So far 10mg of diazepam 150mg of rick Simpson oil and some distilate. I wish I had some ketamine. I might try smoking a little bit of DMT later I've got some changa I've been eyeing up for months.

Edit: and another 7.5mg of diazepam and 70mg RSO weeeee we're off to benzo island!

Lol thought I sent this like 20 minutes ago. Idk what I did different this time but it worked, I'm surprisingly high off that gabapentin/done/weed synergy lol.
