^thanks for reminding me I have 200mg of tramadol to eat. Wish I could smoke pot :( stupid pre employment.

OT: regular line of suboxone, 40mg diazepam, 200mg tramadol
 
+2mg alprazolam and some more oxy. :)
The previous doses of both have worn off a while ago.
Also smoking a spliff. :)

Maybe I'll take another 70mg methadone inabit. Ah first I'll take a brotizolam (0.25mg).

12 mg norflurazepam
4f-nihp, 0,3 grams, vaped on foil
one huge spliff and some bong hits

i can go to sleep but feel too good to do that just yet. won't be a problem today, anyway, since I'm stacked with tramadol, alprazolam, NEIH, 4f-nihp, coke, weed, mirtazapine (for sleep) and have a prescription for atarax/hydroxyzine

DANG! I need to move to Belgium! I'm stunned with what your gp gave you. In the States, It's getting crazy-hard to get a simple script for alprazolam, and that's from Atlanta to 30 mins north of LA! As for pain meds, no doctors feel safe prescribing opiate pain meds, except the ones in an official "pain clinic," and the feds are constantly monitoring and hassling even the pain clinics. I keep hearing media chatter about this, supposed, "opioid epidemic" in the US. Since when did this become such a big, damn problem here??? Personally, I don't think opiate misuse/abuse is any worse here than it ever was. I highly suspect that, like so many problem in this country, it's just political BS and maybe an agenda being pushed by health insurance companies, though I can't figure why. Wonder what others think on this subject. Damn, Pill2Chill, you did VERY well. I'd be walking' on air! I'm green with envy.

Tramadol is great if used in moderation, once per week and no binges, lasts long, gives me a great mood lift and power lifting feels easier; it also motivates me, make me content, carefree, there in the moment: Zen

it's quite euphoric and productive if you combine it with some quality coke and a benzo to reduce the risk of seizure
 
Concerta (methylphenidate) vs Adderall ???

How would you rate Concerta (methylphenidate HCI) compared to Adderall? I'm a newbie, and after more than an hour of searching, I'm not finding anything addressing this directly. I'd appreciate any feedback and/or opinions on this. Thanks much!
 
Its ok if you make it snortable, more like a dirty version of coke with over-stimulation (except for the initial doses: they make you focused and awake and happier) and a huge bodyload (high heart rate, can go on for up to 24 hours for me; on coke i have 65 bpm, normally my resting pulse is 42 (yes I'm in shape) but on methylphenidate it's 90+ all the time) than adderall. methylphenidate, when insufflated, only carry a pleasant high the first two-three times, and each dose lasts for like 45-90 minutes, depending on the dose

I normally start with 40 mg, then do two 20 mg refills. always need a benzo and some tramadol and weed to get some sleep
 
Take hope, my Bluelighter friend, in a few years, it'll be open season for weed, in the US. Fun times ahead.
 
Sweden will be the last country to legalize cannabis. more and more people do smoke weed nowadays, and more openly. I once smoked inside a club, so they called the police. they asked me if i smoked the joint; i answered, yes; they responded ok, now go home and sleep

so gradually it's changing. much thanks to the internet and the stoner culture (i live in a city of 120 000 people, fifth largest city in sweden) is alive. i know a looooot of stoners, people that i've smoked and played heavy blues/stoner rock with. it's not that taboo to talk about. me and my dad talk about it openly.

oh and i've snorted about five more lines of coke (0,3 gram maybe), hence the length and details

my scale says that i have 1,7 gram of coke left. That's for tomorrow.

Yea he has it made over there. I'm currently in pain management and have been through back surgery and they won't give me opiates. They want to bive me a bunch of nasty medicines like antidepressants which I've already tried over the decade of pain managmentI've been through, and stick a bunch of needles in my spine doing injections which I've had so many of througought my life and none of them did anything. I've told them that all the garbage medicines they are giving me fuck me up so much I can barely function at work and everything there probably things I'm on massive drugs. No pain relief either. But all this is apparently better for me than taking opioids

I'm dropping out and going to suboxone clinic at least I will get an opiate for my pain like that.
 
Yeah I've got some pretty nice scripts, especially when you count my gp + my psychiatrist.

Per day I'm getting: 240mg oxy, 140mg methadone, 4mg alprazolam, 24mg bromazepam and 0.25mg brotizolam.
(I never take all of that though, it's a bit much :D).

OT: 240mg oxy, 12mg bromazepam & 1mg alprazolam.

Soooooo jealous of the Lovecraft collection, send me a book or 2 lol I'm bored. Also I totally agree what you said about tramadol earlier, it gives me a pleasant Zen high :)

OT: one line of grey heroin, looks like straight up Moon rocks and tastes terrible. Got me a little high though :D plus still got half a G of some very pure tan which I know is HIGH quality. Time for my daily dose of benzos. Probly etizolam.
 
This "grey death" (lol@the media) just takes a bit longer to kick I guess, I've got a lovely sedation going on now ♡

Also added caffeine, nicotine, and 50mg hydroxyzine.

Did both the tan and grey dope. I (mostly) don't think the grey contains a lot of heroin tbh. It kicked hard earlier, but not like H and not even much like fent. Maybe a weird analogue. Doesn't smell of vinegar nearly at all and has a chemical-y drip, also stone grey in color with some rocks throughout the powder. Lasted shorter but felt potent. I'll hold onto it for testing.

On another note, this tan shit has me in space. I had to take amps (also kinda wanted some ritalin) just to be be able to type and not fall asleep. I still find both very hard and corrected nearly every 3rd word in this post lmao.

Gonna possibly take more and sleep later with benzo help or succumb now, hmm

Took four 10mg hydrocodone norco's and smoked a joint of some high quality bud. I haven't done opiates in almost a year so my tolerance is quite low. Might add some kava and beer soon depending of how lit I feel in 30minutes.
