How High Are You? v. Still high from Bob Loblaw's and leftwing's birthday bash!

I took 300mgs Tramadol and I don't feel shit, but I did take two bars five minutes ago.

Just smoked a tasty spliff, so thats chillin'. RED DRAGONS!!!
 
Been smoking weed all day. I just fucked up when I went outside to smoke a bowl. When I stepped onto the porch I put my foot too far over the edge of the step and basically fell flat on my ass, the weed from the bowl flying into the air lol. I was pissed that I lost the weed but I'm lucky I didn't break my foot, or at least sprained it.

I took 72mg of codeine about an hour ago. Time for more spartacus, the office, and dinner.
 
Starting early... It's 10:30am and I've already had a couple of beers.

Planning to get absolutely shitfaced today to deal with my lack of meth.
 
The party was quite... wacky to say the least... =D

I will write a trip report if I can find words to describe the planet I was tripping on various substances including 15 grams of Mushrooms, Oxy, and lots of weed piled up so everyone could smoke till they were sleeping/sick/crashing/etc.

One funny visual was having a cloud of 3D icons from a PS3 controller swirling around my head and having the feeling everything was getting smaller, then growing bigger again etc. =D

Time for bed... one last line of Oxy and a joint :)

And I just finished smoking a fat ass spliff =D. Looks like I got a little nod going though, and thats alright by me.

I took about 120mgs of Marinol about an hr ago and I'm nodding hard. It took me like twenty minutes to write this damn post.
 
Pretty low. I had a terrific panic attack earlier today, even though I had taken .5 lorazepam beforehand in anticipation of the possiblity. The last time I had one this bad was 13 months ago. FUCK ME. Makes me think of opiates and black out drinking and bad things to escape with.

I did have a pretty decent afternoon, but in general the combo's not all that great TBH. Very hard on the stomach usually (although this time turned out to be surprisingly manageable). Closed and Open Eyed visuals are lackluster unless you dose high on the DXM, which can become a difficult combination from a psychological standpoint.

A decent body high is this combination's redeeming quality, but in terms of mental and visual psychedelic effects, its not anywhere close to LSD + K. It probably would be better for someone with less of a dissociative tolerance, but after years of K and DXM use, the 1st plateau doesn't do much for me anymore, even in conjunction with a little LSA.

On a related note, I WANT SOME REAL DAMN PSYCHEDELICS!!! A big 'ol pile of shrooms and a gram of any 2C-x would make my day right now. Hell a tenstrip and some molly would be fucking fantastic too, but too bad all the acid and E in the world has apparently disappeared. 8)
 
60mg d-amp, orally, but i didnt beat the XR. nicely spun, takes about 2hrs to hit me if i dont snort. but it hits suddenly, then iam fucking spun lulz
 
Took a 30mg Roxi. I have a slight buzz and a moderate headache.. wtf.

Edit: I'm starting to worry about my tolerance :-/
 
Still speeding away on meth... it's now after midnight. Even my nightly cocktail of 100mg's Seroquel, 20mg's diazepam, and 6mg clonazepam isn't making me sleepy. Seems like I'll be up for the night, and looking like shit tomorrow when I attend an appointment at the drug & alcohol service. :\
