Smoked two large j's of JWH and I'm baked to hell, can hardly lift head haha. Got some Ativan to try soon. Damn I'm high.
 
Popped 800mgs of lyrica with amitriptyline last night.

Woke up drowsy and buzzed. Took 600 mgs of lyrica with a couple cups of coffee.

Nothing seems real right now. Out of body kinda.
 
^I really enjoy gabapentin. I like the feeling of being a ghost in your head.

I'm coming down from high doses of tramadol and baclofen; small dose of gabapentin. I actually nodded out a few times.

Coming up on tramadol redose. Extremely speedy this time though.
 
about 8 bags of dope in today, and snorted last half of a 40mg oxymorphone, hate the fucking ER ones, all that gel in ur nose, not as smooth as oc's :/

I am coming out of it. I took some Adderall, I haven't been taking my prescription for the past 2 1/2 years. This time around I took about 2 and a half 30mg immediate release capsules. I got a lot done in the 36 hours I haven't slept.

It's a bad coming down though, my vision is getting blurry and my fingers and toes are extremely cold (naturally poor circulation anyhow) It feels like there is a paper weight in my head.
 
Ugh.. lost my drivers license again on the weekend, for drink driving this time though, I'm a fool. Been getting stoned since then and just popped 25mg d-amp before I go see my doc.
 
My parents went out for a walk, so I'm downstairs chilling and vaporizing some herb. While they get were gone i also happened to shoot 3 bags of heroin and I'm struggling to type this out now.

Problem is they want to watch the oscars with me and I'm assuming make some sort of comments along the way, as I was before they went for a walk. I'm pretty sure there going to notice something off about my energey lievel.

Are the oxymorphones good? How do they compare to dope?

Earlier this morning I snorted some adderall, went to school, came back and was in the basement when I lifted a heavy box and I passed out. When I was coming to I saw a little leaf like from a holiday decoration. The leaf then grew long thick legs like a spider. As soon as I jumped it turned back into the leaf. Shit's crazy.
